10 months=Change

Tuesday was another milestone in our lives. We have shared 10 months of our life together as husband and wife. My oh my how 10 months can change things. 

In these short 10 months we have been experienced trials, heartache, setbacks, and failures. We have seen two precious best friends go through something they never imagined or planned. We almost lost a dear grandmother. We have seen our family slip between the cracks and watched our youth group go up and down in numbers. Our emotions have been at their lowest of Iows and the highest of highs. We never imagined that 10 months could make or break you. 

However, THROUGH IT ALL, we have ​seen some exciting things, some God ordained miracles, and many successes! Our God is a good God. He is sovereign and faithful to His word. Our two best friends are doing wonderful with some new additions to their families. They had to make some changes, but they are rocking it as mommies! My Grandma is HEALED AND WHOLE. and of while I can't give a miracle testimony on my family yet I can trust the Holy Spirit and know that God is still working our family stuff, because He has been and always will be faithful. 

We are in a season right now of uncertainty, we struggle with dreams we have that seem impossible in the human realm. We struggle with our family's needs, and we struggle with our day to day mundane, but we have a peace that passes all understanding. We serve a God who is not the author of confusion, but the God of Peace. HOWEVER......In the everyday living, we know it gets hard to remind yourself that you are victorious and that God has given us a spirit of a sound mind......This is when I become overwhelmingly grateful for Seth. I am so thankful for my husband that is grounded in the word. He is quick to love me through my mess, but set me straight when I am wrong. I love that he holds me accountable to the holiness of God. It has been an honor to serve along side him in marriage and ministry. We are always still learning and growing. 

10 months can change everything. It can prove your strength, test your faith, your values, your friendships, and your trust. Whatever you feel exhausted in and fed up with, just KNOW God is a God of faithfulness. He is not through with you yet. 10 months is just the beginning of a brand new journey for you! We are going to make it. Be encouraged. I have much more to share in our year blog on everything that really happened in 2014..It's good and exciting....... Soooo be ready for the December 28, 2014 blog! :) WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU. WE BELIEVE IN YOU. WE BELIEVE IN THE ONE YOU CREATED YOU.
